Chief Fusioneer Satoshi Konishi Grand Opening Speech

"My job is to invent, create, innovate" said Satoshi Konishi in his grand opening speech about why he cofounded KF. Kyoto Fusioneering & Kyoto University celebrated together one of the titans of fusion science and his lifelong fundamental work and discoveries to fusion energy. His thought leadership in the fusion energy market set the perspective, set the importance and the course for our partners´ lives.

KF Vice President  visits TAE Technologies 

KF business team and technical experts traveled to California, USA to visit TAE Technologies and  learned about each other´s development in fusion.

KF met General Atomics in San Diego, USA

Vice President, Kyoshi Seko, and Head of Gyrotron Department, Keishi Sakamoto, met with General Atomics at their DIII-D National Fusion Facility in San Diego and discussed the importance of global collaborations.

Keishi Sakamoto shared his vision and his world leading expertise of gyrotron development with the KF global team from UK, Tokyo & Kyoto at Kyoto University. 


Visit to Kyoto University, Japan 

Global Team of KF travled to Japan to visit the Advanced Energy Institute at Kyoto University.  The historical progress of Heliotron J Project  was presented during the visit from the Head of the Institute.


The British Embassy in Tokyo welcomed KF

The British embassy in Tokyo welcomed KF to talk about future activities, including how KF can support UK efforts to commercialize fusion energy.

Visit to QST, Japan

KF Global team visited the National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology (QST) in Japan. The team stands in front of the previous JT-60 Upgrade experiment. KF looks forward to having further cooperation opportunities with QST.
